Terms And Conditions For Affiliates

Here are the Terms And Conditions to being an Affiliate:

• You must be a member of the Margaret Court Performance Tennis Membership Site.
• You continue to get paid for each subscriber while that subscriber remains a paid up member.
• You must have $100 in your affiliate account in commission in that month in order to be paid. It can be accumulated over two or more months. Once your total reaches $100, you will receive a payment. 
• Your first payment will be paid in the middle of the 3rd month as we have a 1-month money-back guarantee. Your commission will not be paid on anyone who receives a refund.
• It would pay to ensure your students are signed in so someone else can't sign them up. Once a person is signed up, they will remain with the person who has signed them. No correspondence will be entered into re who should be the sponsor.
• To get paid, you will need a PayPal account. Here is how you sign up for one. This allows us to pay your commission in Australian Dollars. Once it is in your PayPal account, you can either leave it there (and spend it as you see fit) or transfer it through to your bank account (some fees may occur).
• Each month for us begins on the 1st of the month.
• The subscription is in Australian dollars and will be paid to you in Australian Dollars.
• We have employed an independent person to pay the commissions.
• If you would like to leave the Affiliate Program, you can do so at any time. Simply send us an email explaining what you would like to do. You will be paid any commissions owing to you up until the date you leave the program.
• If you terminate your membership with Margaret Court Performance Tennis, your Affiliate membership is also terminated as you have to be a member of MCPT to be an affiliate.
• This affiliate program only operates for our on-line program. It does not operate for any private work we secure or physical products sold.
