You, the Customer, are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in this Membership Program you agree not to attempt to hold us, the Provider or Margaret Court Performance Tennis or any affiliates, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in life due to your participation in this Membership Program.

If at any time during a Membership Program, you feel emotionally or physically unwell, professional help should be sought. Whilst doing this Membership Program, you are responsible for any emotions and physical discomfort you feel. This Membership Program is not a substitute for professional help.

Your satisfaction is important. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know up to 30 days from the purchase date and we will give you a full refund. All refunds will be given in the currency used to purchase the product. There will be no refunds given after the 30 days.
