Founders Terms And Conditions


Here are the Terms and Conditions for the Founders Member:

  • The membership fee charged for the Founder will always remain at that price – whether it is a monthly or annual membership – while you remain a member.
  • The Founder’s membership promotion will cease at midnight on Monday, 1st October, 2018 Australian Eastern Time – eg the time for Melbourne and Sydney. To be a foundation member, you must have joined before that date.
  • Your membership fee will be deducted from your credit card either monthly or annually depending on your membership level.
  • If, as a Founding Member, you start off with an annual membership and wish to change to a monthly membership when your membership is due, you will be paying the monthly Foundation Members monthly fee.
  • If, as a Founding Member, you start off with a monthly membership and wish to change to an annual membership when your monthly membership is due, you will be paying the annual Foundation Members fee.
  • To change your membership options, please send an email to us at [email protected]
  • If you are a Foundation Member and cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you will do so at the current fee on that day.
  • If your renewal fee is not paid – monthly or annually – perhaps because your credit card expiry date is no longer valid or you do not have enough funds in your account, we will endeavour to contact you a maximum of three times by email to let you know. If you fail to respond for some reason and/or you fail to rectify the payment problem, your membership will be cancelled, as will your Foundation membership.
  • Should you wish to cancel your monthly membership, you can do so at any time. To ensure you do not pay for another months membership, please make sure we have your cancellation email at least five days before your membership is due.
  • Should you wish to cancel your annual membership, you can do so at any time. After the 30-day money-back guarantee expires, there will be no refunds given. For example, you decide to cancel after 2 months of membership, no refund will be given. To ensure you do not pay for another years membership, please ensure we have your cancellation email at least five days before your annual membership is due.
  • If you are paying an Annual Membership fee and it is automatically deducted from your credit card and you do not wish to renew, please let us know within 5 days of the money being deducted that you want to cancel it. Any money paid will be returned to you.
  • Any money refunded to you will be through PayPal in Australian Dollars and to the PayPal account from which it came.
